When you contact Open Access, we enter your name and identifying information into our private database to allow us to track requests and trends. Open Access does not release information gathered on the Open Access’s website to any outside parties. Your name and information will never be sold; we will contact you only if you indicate a willingness to talk to us. If you make a comment, it will not be connected with your full name or identifying information.

Survey and evaluation information is put together with the responses from hundreds of other people and used for research purposes, to help us improve our efforts.
